Posted on Wednesday, 03.03.2010 Aracataca Colombian Restaurant, Key Biscayne - Miami Restaurants Aracataca, on of the newest Miami restaurants, was named after the birthplace of novelist Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Aracataca, Columbia. This new Columbian restaurant, promising to serve "Colombian chic cuisine," opened last week on Key Biscayne and is replacing French bistro Le Croisic. Both Miami restaurants have the same owner.
The manager Pavel Arratia says the restaurant will be using Colombian products like platano and guanabana to create something new and different. They are trying to mix their knowledge of French cuisine with Colombian products.
