The 40th Bristol Tower penthouse was sold for almost $14 million by former owner, developer Ugo Colombo. The property features five bedrooms, a glass-enclosed gym, a pool on the garden terrace and amazing views of Miami. Williams also owns an 8.45 million dollar crib at 10225 Collins Avenue in Bal Harbour. Pharrell Williams is one of the Miami celebrities investing in real estate properties.
