According to a new report from CondoVultures.com, prices for Miami downtown condos at the ICON Brickell, have been cut to as little as $261 a square foot  which ia a 51% discount on the average closed sales price in the complex to date.

Prices for the Miami real estate properties vary in each of the Miami downtown condos’ three towers based on the unit floor and the view from the 1,793-unit complex.

The website reported that the ICON Brickell project represents 8% of the nearly 22,250 Miami downtown condos built since 2003.

To date, there have been nearly 150 closed sales in the complex at an average price of $538 a square foot, most in the 713-unit tower one, but none in tower three.
