PUMA vehicle - Miami Travel Gadget of the Week
General Motors has collaborated with Segway to create its newest prototype, the Personal Urban Mobility and Accessibility vehicle, also known as the PUMA vehicle. With Segway’s electronic stabilization system, also found in Segway scooters, the Gadget of the Week that appears like a cross between an oversized wheelchair and half of a small car is able to balance and roll along. The electronic PUMA vehicle can reach speeds up to 35 miles per hour and the Gadget of the Week’s charge can last for about 35 miles. The Gadget of the Week has a built-in internet system that users will find useful to avoid traffic and find a parking space where you can plug in and recharge.
