Sugarcane Raw Bar and Grill - Miami Guide


Developed by the creators of Miami restaurants, SUSHISAMBA, Sugarcane raw bar grill is inspired by international influences and South American spirit. Sugarcane raw bar grill is located in the up and coming Midtown District.

The menu is divided into items from the three distinct kitchens: the hot kitchen, raw bar and the robata which is a special grill use for preparing meats, fish and vegetables in front of the patrons.


Sharing a plate at Miami restaurants is the trendy thing these days and Sugarcane won’t be left out.  Dishes are served in small dishes to be shared with whoever else is seated at your table. Compliment your meal with a drink from one of their three drink lists topping off with dessert from the dessert tray.

Miami guide suggests trying the octopus, cauliflower with bagna cuda and Korean style short ribs or the lamb chop and Japanese eggplant.
