The NFL already publicly announced that the Super Bowl 2010 (Super Bowl XLIV) will take place in Miami. Next year will be the 10th time the Super Bowl 2010 will be in Miami, the last time being in 2007. The year-round great Florida weather may be the factor that keeps drawing people back. The 2009 Super Bowl just took place in Tampa, FL. The Super Bowl 2010 in Miami will take place on February 7th at the Dolphin Stadium. It is going to be pretty difficult to score tickets to the Super Bowl 2010 game if you are not part of the NFL.
Each participating NFL team will receive 17.5 percent of Super Bowl Miami tickets. Non-participating NFL teams will receive 1.2 percent of the tickets. The host team, Miami Dolphins, will get a whopping 5 percent of Super Bowl Miami tickets. The NFL then manages the remaining tickets. Primarily, those left-over tickets will be distributed to NFL affiliates, corporate sponsors, charities, media, the host committee and the broadcast network. A mere 1 percent will be distributed to some very lucky fans. Which fans exactly? That will be determined by the Super Bowl Miami random drawing which stopped accepting entries on June 1st, 2009. 2010 Miami Boat Show - Miami events
February 11th through the 15th are the dates for the 2010 Miami Boat Show and the 25th annual Strictly Sail Show. Strictly Sail is one of the nation’s leading “All Sail” boat shows. Strictly Sail will be at the Miamarina at Bayside Marketplace and the rest of the 2010 Miami Boat Show will be at the Miami Beach Convention Center and Sea Isle Marina. Courtesy Shuttle Buses run between all three of the Miami events locations 1 hour prior to show until 1 hour after show. Strictly Sail’s five-day sailing event features the latest of the sailing industry. Daytona Bike Week is known as the world’s biggest motorcycle event. Its Miami events attract over 500,000 bike enthusiasts from all over the world to enjoy 10 days of motorcycle exhibits, shows, concerts, racing at the Daytona International Speedway and partying.
There will be admission charges for some of the Miami events. The 2010 Daytona Bike Week will be held from February 26th to March 7th, 2010 in various locations around Daytona Beach. All of the major motorcycle manufacturers will be there including Honda, Harley Davidson, Suzuki, Kawaksaki and Ducatti.
