The apartment was totally renovated keeping the art deco style, the 650sq ft apartment is very cozy and comfortable and a great option to stay in Miami. It is located in the South East side of the building on the ground floor with comfortable 650 sqft.
This unit faces the street and has a private garden which can be accessed through the bedroom. The layout of the unit is perfect, opening the door we enter into a cozy living room that is nicely furnished. The apartment is totally equipped and furnished with microwave, TV, coffee machine, stereo system, towels, sheets, the property has central AC.
The apartment has a nice size living room with a chimney (non working) and comfortable furniture, there is a separated dinning room next to the Kitchen which is totally equipped. The bedroom is nice and spacious for the comfort of the guest with a queen size bed. The apartment has a secured entry gate and 24 hour camera surveillance.
The whole building is provided by wireless internet service available. A property manager is on call in order solve any issues you might have while staying with us.
