The Eastern Shores area is perfectly located just a short drive to the beach in Sunny Isles, 5 minutes to Aventura Mall and 20 minutes to Miami Beach. Eastern Shores is one of the most exclusive gated community of Miami composed of multi million dollars homes. This area is very convenient with lots of restaurants, shops, stores and shopping centers. Provence is at the same level of the most comfortable Miami Beach Holiday Rental Homes and vacation rental houses Miami Beach. This amazing vacation home is composed for two stories featuring 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms covering more than 3000 sq ft. This very spacious house has outstanding high ceilings in the living area. The beautiful and spacious living area is great for entertainment, with a built-in bar, a gorgeous view of the pool, and patio, and barbecue area. The living room features great Spanish tiles throughout. A 37’’ flat LCD is in the living room and each bedroom of the villa has its own TV with Cable. There is a Florida room next to a great kitchen with a dining area. Most of ground floor rooms have water views.
The style and the decoration of this vacation villa is just gorgeous with ample rooms this house is perfect for big families. The backyard is beautiful facing the water with a nice side swimming pool. Have some fun after a day at the beach with a game of Pool. We've even added a PlayStation with some video games. There are no many Miami Beach holiday rental homes and vacation rental houses Miami Beach like Provence.
No motorcycle groups are allowed in the properties that we rent.
Vacationers are not allowed to have any parties or gatherings in our properties.
