Latin singer Juanes performed live at Miami American Airlines Arena in Downtown Miami, but first he stopped by the Miami Hard Rock Café at Bayside Market Place to share a moment with his fans.

This week was all about Latin talent! There were many celebrities in Miami to attend the Billboard Latin Music Awards, celebrating its 10th anniversary. One Latin American classic, “Merengue” star Juan Luis Guerra, got three awards. The ceremony took place at the Seminole Hard Rock Live in Hollywood Beach Florida. This year there were not big winners and few surprises. Of course, reggaeton continued to rule, yet no mayor stars emerged. Among winners, pop singer Chayanne and Colombian “rocker” Juanes. Some of the performances included Ricardo Montaner, Olga Tañon, and Miami celebrity Enrique Iglesias.

Other celebrities in Miami were Russel Simmons and girlfriend Porschla Coleman who were seen at Opium Garden before heading up to Set. At the Sonny Ericsson Open, Owen Wilson and pal Woody Harrelson. Other Marley & Me star, Jennifer Aniston was spotted at the South Beach Hotel, The Tides, having a fantastic meal at La Marea Restaurant. Additionally, hosting a special Miami event in Nikki Beach South Beach, outrageous personality Dennis Rodman and Miami celebrity Mickey Rourke. Mickey Rourke was also spotted living Mansion in South Beach International Wednesday Party.

Model May Anderson hosted a party at Mokai on Saturday. Another celebrity in Miami, Michael Caine was seen at MBM Tiles just across Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink. Also in Miami, Serena Williams and her mother who were seen at Village of Merrick Park. For all NBA fans, Michel Jordan was spotted with a group of friends in the Miami Design District.

Rush Philanthropic’s Art of Life fundraising event at The Bath Club in Miami Beach mainly consisted of a dinner, an auction and, of course, a party. John Legend and Russel Simmons were part of this Miami event. Also there, Miami Heat’s Alonzo Mourning who paid $7,500 to attend a private gathering with the pope in Rome, Italy.
