The famous Miami nightclub in South Beach, Mansion, hosted the nominations for the 8th Annual Latin Grammy Awards. Many famous Latin American artists and celebrities in Miami were nominated. Some artists included Ricky Martin who was nominated for MTV Unplugged and Calle 13 who was nominated for their second release and hit album, Residente o Visitante. Juan Luis Guerra will be honored as the Latin Grammy Person of the Year after 23 years of a wonderful and eventful career.

Miami celebrities celebrated this annual event as the hottest and most popular Latin American celebrities were nominated for the various categories of music.
