The 55th Annual Beaux Arts Ball Miami event will be held on Saturday, October 25th, 2008 at the Four Seasons Miami. The Beaux Arts Ball Miami event started as a major fund-raising event and is now the oldest costume ball in South Florida. Each year, a theme is assigned to the Miami event. The themes are responsible for making these Miami events unique and enticing. Themes have varied from Bal d’Erte and Phantom of the Opera to Monster Mash and James Bond. All proceeds of the Beaux Arts Ball Miami event go to the Lowe Art Museum.
