Posted Tuesday, 03.02.2010 Q American Barbeque in the Design District – Miami Restaurants Guide
Miami Restaurants Guide introduces Jonathan Eismann’s (Pacific Time) hottest new concept, Q American Barbeque located in the Design District. This classy BBQ joint reminds you of an old dusty Texas roadhouse minus the dust. Q American Barbeque Is decorated with wooden tables and the walls are covered with old black and white photos of backyard barbecues. Topping that off is an antique gas pump that reads “$0.28 a gallon”.
You have to be a meat lover to order from this Miami restaurant with its fully equipped custom BBQ pit and on site smoke house. The place looks a bit classy but everything on the menu is classic family side dishes. Miami restaurants guide suggest trying Kansas City Baby Back Ribs, Dry Rubbed Pork Spareribs or the slow-roasted baby back ribs with a side order of pit beans and house made pickles washed down with a Kentucky Lemonade made with fresh lemonade, Maker's, Beam, and Wild Turkey.
