The Forge is an American icon, a throwback to Hollywood in the 1930's, a culinary temple built to the gods of wine, women and song. Voted # 1 Steak in America by Wine Spectator; a landmark in Miami Beach they are open 7 days a week for dinner, reservations are recommended. The decoration includes a beautiful dining room which has its own character and features high ceilings, ornate chandeliers, and European artwork. The atmosphere is elegant but not too rigid. Wednesday night is the party night; therefore, the place is full with the most important Miami’s society who gathers for dinner and dancing. Like the rest of the menu, appetizers are mostly classics, from Beluga caviar to baked onion soup to shrimp cocktail and escargot.
