2008 is filled with Miami events that feature the best in Food and Wine. There is one event, though, that is not only going to be a lot of fun, but it is also benefits a great cause. We are talking about the Coral Gables Wine and Food Festival, scheduled for March 27th, 2008.
The Miccosukke Tribe of Indians will once again be a title sponsor for the event that will benefit the American Lung Association of Florida. The proceeds will go towards research, education and programs designed to help the patients and their families. This year, it will also benefit the University of Miami’s Miller School of Medicine.
It is going to be a large outdoor event, drawing over 1500 people from all over. There will be a VIP Reception from 5:30 PM until 7PM on Giralda Avenue. In addition, 30 Miami restaurants from all over South Florida will have set ups available. If that is not enough for you, how about some great music? That is also on tap for this year. Guests will also get to try their luck at the Casino Lounge.
