One of the many Miami events taking place in 2008 is the Afro Cuban Dance Festival. This lively Florida festival is scheduled to be in town from late June until early July at the Arts and Mind Center. There will be more than enough to keep everyone in your family busy.

The main draw of the Florida festival will be the dance performances, but that is not all there is to this event! There will also be lectures and workshops that will give everyone a greater understanding of the rich and long history of the Afro-Cuban culture.
