Fête de la Musique, born in Paris in 1982, is a major event in more than 100 countries throughout five continents, and every year arrives to Miami during summer. This Miami Florida festival is put together by The French Consulate in Miami who throws a free party at the Gusman Theatre, celebrating the beginning of summer and showcasing new trends in traditional and world music. It is usually celebrated on the first day of summer, the longest day of the year.
