There are Florida festivals every year that are devoted to food. One of the hottest (literally) in 2008 will be the annual Zest Fest. The Florida Festival is NOT for the weak. It features some of the best and spiciest foods around. The 2008 event will be held from June 13th to the 15th. It is the first time this event will hit the city of Miami.

In addition to some of the spiciest food around, there will also be live entertainment and cooking demonstrations by famous chefs and contests. It is the perfect way to spend a day out. Zest Fest hours are 11AM-7PM on Friday and Saturday and 10AM-5PM on Sunday. There will also be a Trade-only show from 11AM until 3PM on Friday.
