The Porto Vita is located in Aventura, right north of upscale Turnberry Isle. The Porto Vita is made up of 4 separate buildings: The South Tower, the North Tower, the Bella Vista North and the Bella Vista South. The South and North Towers of the Porto Vita are 32 story-towers, they were respectively built in 2000 and 2004.  The Bella Vista North & South Towers of Porto Vita are 7 story-towers built in 1996.

The Porto Vita also features the Villa Grandethat offers a formal dining room and casual dining area plus a private dining room, piano bar, sports lounge and card room.
