Lindsay Lohan will host Mansion's New Year's Eve party where Samantha Ronson will spin. Despite several lucrative offers, including a few in Las Vegas, the couple decided to spend New Year's in Miami at Ronson’s step brother Roman Jones's club.

 

On Wednesday night, the new, swanky Mondrian South Beach welcomed the likes of Ivana Trump, her publisher, Jason Binn, Alex Rodriguez and Marilyn Manson. They all enjoyed cuisine from the new Asia de Cuba restaurant. Manson ate with a group of 15 people; A-Rod sat with two; Trump and Binn sat with restaurant owner Jeffrey Chodorow.

Celebrity Sightings in Miami on Dec 2, 2008

Celebrities expected in town this week for Art Basel Miami Beach: Dylan McDermott, Vincent Gallo, The Gossip, David Bowie, Iman and Pamela Anderson.

Mary Kate Olsen and boyfriend Nate Lowman were seen at The Station exhibition on Tuesday night. Olsen was not smoking or drinking, sparking extra speculation that there is a bun in the oven. A source says, "She definitely kept to herself and was very close to Nate."

Liza Minelli’s ex, David Gest, was at the opening of Galerie Adler Bertin Toublanc Tuesday night with a young, tall and thin brunette lady-friend. The duo browsed Laurent Elie Badessi's "American Dream". Sources commented that Gest looked “freshly botoxed”. We think they meant freshly scary.

Artist David LaChapelle featured an exhibit called Jesus Is My Homeboy at Wolfgang Roth & Partners on Tuesday night. The exhibit was made up of photos of Jesus in Urban settings. LaChapelle was at his launch party where Lenny Kravitz showed up later.

On Tuesday night, Kim Mazelle sang “Young Hearts Run Free,” at the IN FASHION PHOTO exhibition. Before her performance, Mazelle made a brief dedication to the supermodel in the house, Naomi Campbell. Mazelle said she was "A wonderful woman--very strong." After an uncomfortable silence, she continued, "But misunderstood."
