Miami Art Deco - Miami Tours
The following Miami tours are offered by the Miam Design Preservation League on special occasions and may be booked for private tours. These Miami Art Deco tours are a great way to entroduce the city to potential business partners or day tours for tourists.
Private Miami tours must be reserved at least two to three weeks in advance at a cost of $20 per person. Private Miami tours have a minimum charge of $200 and can include up to ten people. A $200 deposit is required in advance of the tour.

Learn about the history of Miami Beach and how Lincoln Road went from being a deserted mangrove swamp to “the Fifth Avenue of the South." Learn how Carl Fisher cleared and dredged to create a fabulous winter playground, and Lincoln Road today tells the story of Fisher's dream. During this ninety-minute walking tour you will get to examine Miami Art Deco structures on and off the Road.
These Miami tours depart from the Mercantile Bank Buidling at 420 Lincoln Road just west of Washington Avenue and next to Starbucks.
Collins Park is the newest of Miami Beach's local historic districts and contains brilliant examples of Miami Art Deco style, Mediterranean Revival and contemporary architecture. This tour will explore the grand 1940’s hotels of Collins Avenue that symbolize the glamour of their time and visit the "cultural campus" surrounding the Bass Museum, the Miami City Ballet, and the Miami Beach Regional Library on this ninety-minute walking tour.
