Spring is almost here bringing with it a part of our cultural history: Miami spring break vacationers. Students choose Miami as their favorite place to party for decades. For the past 70 years northerners took the habit to escape harsh winters to visit the sunshine state. Collegians favorite spots extend from the Florida Keys to Daytona Beach, but Miami and Fort Lauderdale are their all time favorites.

Miami has a lot of assets to conquer the heart of spring breakers, great weather, beautiful beaches, affordable accommodations, torrid nightlife, proximity from anywhere in the US. It is common for spring breakers to stay in affordable hotel rooms, to rent Miami vacation accommodations either apartments or vacations homes.
