The apartment was totally renovated keeping the art deco style, the 650sq ft apartment is very cozy and comfortable and a great option to stay in Miami. It is located in the South center side of the property on the ground floor offering you a small terrace facing the tropical courtyard.

The apartment has hardwood floors and it is totally equipped and furnished with microwave, TV, coffee machine, stereo system, towels, sheets, the property has central AC. The apartment has a nice size living room with a chimney (non working) and comfortable furniture that includes a dinning table and four chairs. Through sliding doors in the living room you can access the den which has been converted into a second bedroom. This bedroom has a full-size bed that will sleep two people. The fully equipped kitchen is accessible through this second bedroom.
