Everglades National Park

Micoosukee Indian Village

On the Tamiami Trail, Miccoosukee Indian Village showcases the past, present and future of the Miccosukee tribe. A museum, restaurant and gift shop are on premises, and other entertainment includes alligator wrestling and airboat rides.

Oleta State Recreation Area

This park has a shaded beach and is popular with Snake River boaters and kayakers. This park also features tracks designed for mountain bikers with up and down elevations of up to 5 feet high.
