This beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom loft includes its individual entrance from the street through a private garden. The unit can accommodate up to 6 people and is fully equipped for you to enjoy your vacations: TV; VCR; cable; washer & Dryer and much more. Relax in its private rooftop terrace or simply refresh yourself in the building's pool.

The first bedroom is located on the ground floor it is equipped with a queen size bed. Its wooden floor is very warm and comfortable. Adjacent to the bedroom there is the bathroom equipped with a nice shower, and includes also the washer and dryer The master suite is on the upper level that is accessible through stairs; it is furnished with a queen size bed. The floor is wooden. The beautiful bathroom is Philippe Starck inspired, with white large marble tiles and black slate. The double head shower makes it very interesting.

The unit is located on the first and second floor of the 4 story building. This loft features an open space area on two levels with dramatic 18 feet height ceilings and oversized floor-to-ceiling windows. The Italian kitchen features beautiful cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. The living room with its open kitchen is located on the ground floor of the unit.
