Sans Souci is a small island located 5 minutes from Bal Harbour, 10 minutes from Aventura and 15 minutes from Miami Beach, where it is possible to find great vacation rentals homes. This is a lofty style vacation home that will make guests comfortable with 6 bedrooms and 4 baths. The house was fully gutted and rebuilt.
As soon as you step in the vacation home you get into a lofty living room in the center. The high ceiling and the large doors and windows attract the surrounding light. The living room has a 37” LCD flat screen TV and a new computer that has internet access and over 12,000 free movies and TV shows powered through Netflix. The kitchen has a warm and modern style with a beautiful long "Delano" type dinner table. The dining room overlooks the pool, the deck and the canal. In the same area, you will find a small but comfy bedroom with a Full size bed.
Three bedrooms are located to the left of the house, the wooden floor make them very cozy. Their style is very Miami very colorful and full of joy and happiness. Each bedroom in the house had a new TV added for improved convenience.
The last 2 bedrooms are on the opposite side in their own wing. Each bedroom is wonderfully decorated and each come with a Queen size bed and a private bathroom is conveniently located adjacent offering more privacy.
The outdoors is amazing; the swimming pool faces the canal and is just perfect to spend great holidays. Guests will either sunbath on a lounge chair, or plunge into the pool.
This home rental can accommodate up to 12 people. Moreover, this vacation rental does not anything to envy to Miami Beach vacation homes and vacation rental homes Miami Beach.
No motorcycle groups are allowed in the properties that we rent.
Vacationers are not allowed to have any parties or gatherings in our properties.
