2007 Miami events were just amazing! From the beginning to the end of the year the City of Miami provided tourist and locals with the most exciting Miami events. Moreover, Florida Festivals and Florida Fairs gave superb entertainment to those seeking something extra in our fabulous city. For instance, this year's Art Deco Weekend Festival was another success packed with lots of visitors. In its 30th edition, the Art Deco Weekend celebrated Miami Beach's Art Deco architecture. This Florida festival showcased the global nature of Art Deco art architecture and design.

Another remarkable 2007 Miami Event was the annual Miami Gay and Lesbian film festival which took place in Miami, Florida from April 24th through May 6th and featured the best the gay community has to offer in independent film making. During this Florida Festival, excellent gay-oriented movies were played along theatres in the city of Miami.

The Miami Book Fair International 2007, which took place from November 4th through the 11th, was another Florida fair that should be remembered. Usually, the Miami Book Fair is a place where people of all ages can gather to enjoy books and good literature from around the world. In its 24th year, the fair was proud to promote education and literacy in the City of Miami.

Other Miami events and Florida Festivals will be held in 2008. The preparation of some of events has already begun. For example, the Art Basel 2008 is already being planned, and full of details are being arranged for most of the biggest annual Miami events.
