The apartment rental is located on the second floor of the Northwest end of the building. Its layout measures 650 square feet. Benefit from the spectacular Miami climate and relax in the private garden. It also provides a small terrace in the back part of the vacation unit. Through sliding doors in the living room you can access the den which has been converted into a second bedroom. This bedroom has a full-size bed that will sleep two people. The fully equipped kitchen is accessible through this second bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed. The bathroom has a bathtub and jovial forms and tonalities. The unit comes with air conditioning and spectacular wood floors. This building is equipped with security alarms to provide the tranquility and protection that you deserve during your stay. All the apartments are checked on a regular basis by our personnel, assuring that everything works perfectly. The property manager is always available, should you need him.
