This Junior, 3 bedroom vacation apartment rental was totally renovated and upgraded for the comfort of up to eight guests. With over 950sq ft apartment this unit is very cozy and comfortable and a great option to stay in Miami.

This unit is located in the South West section of the building on the ground floor. You can enjoy of the beautiful terrace and the Miami weather, inside the apartment has central AC for your convenience and comfort. The apartment is full of light and very cozy with a living room that is nicely furnished.

The apartment is totally equipped and furnished with microwave, TV, coffee machine, stereo system, towels, sheets, etc. The apartment has a nice size living room with a chimney (non working) and comfortable furniture that includes a dinnig table and six chairs.  

Through sliding doors in the living room you can access the den which has been converted into a third bedroom. This bedroom has a full-size bed that will sleep two people. The fully equipped kitchen is accessible through this third bedroom. The other two bedrooms are nice and spacious for the comfort with a queen-size bed in the master bedroom and two twins size beds in the second bedroom. The apartment has alarm system for your safety.

The whole building is provided by wireless internet service.
