The Miami Shores Marshmallow Drop

Kids from all over Miami gather at the annual Miami Shores Marshmallow Drop. The Miami Shores hosts this kids’ event every Saturday morning before Easter. Helicopters rise to the sky and make thousands of marshmallows rain. Then, the children of all ages run around gathering basket full of sweets to later trade them in for bags of candy. This is a family event where parents can also participate by gathering golden marshmallows and exchange them for bigger and better prizes.
