If you are looking for some great South Beach restaurants, Blue Sea is one to add to your list. It is a haven for any seafood lover, offering a variety of dishes in a trendy setting. It is also said to have some of the best sushi in town so if that is your thing, this is a must-see
This causal place, located inside the Delano Hotel at 1685 Collins Avenue, is nestled in a little alcove right off the main lobby. This makes it the perfect spot for anyone looking for a quiet meal. Be warned, though, the “dining room” is actually one long table so you will not have the same level of privacy you would get elsewhere. It is, however, a nice place to meet some new people.
Among the dishes you can expect at the Blue Sea are Barbeque Eel Roll; Spicy tuna with mango, olives and more; and a wide variety of sushi. You can get your sushi with several dipping sauces including Thai peanut and Kimchi.
