The Miami Light Project is hosting Project Hip Hop during the last weekend of September. This has been part of the annual Miami events, and this year they are celebrating their 5th year with hip hop performances from theater artists, activists, and educators. Innovative dancer, music and theater artists from around the world will also be performing on the various events held in Miami and Miami Beach.

Beginning Thursday, September 27th, 2007 youth performances will be taking place by the Youth Expression (YE), a non-profit organization which encourages the development of at-risk urban youth.

Friday, September 28th, 2007 The Light Box Studio will feature showcases by Rudi Goblen, Insanity Isn’t, and Nicole Klaymoon’s Ms. Spelling of Be.

Admission for these Miami events is free; however, reservations are required.
