Miami Art Museum, Miami Museums Guide The Miami Art Museum at the Miami-Dade Cultural Center. MAM’s exhibition program, one of the most ambitious in the United States, is the primary vehicle through which we establish our curatorial viewpoint, and further Miami's growing national reputation as an leading center for the arts. MAM looks at international art from the perspective of the Americas and the growing tendency to cross borders, bringing together different cultural traditions. MAM has forged strong alliances with other major museums in North America and beyond to present world-class exhibitions to our community. In 2004-2006, MAM’s curators will originate 14 of the 16 exhibitions the museum presents.
