Gay Events Miami Beach – Don’t miss the last and one of the most important events during Miami Gay Pride week. Saturday, April 17th, the 22nd Annual AIDS Walk Miami kicks off in Miami Beach at 8:15a.m. This 5K, 3.1 mile, fundraiser benefits South Florida's oldest and largest HIV/AIDS community organization, Care Resource.  Care Resource is a non-profit, multi-cultural, community based AIDS service organization. They provide counseling and education to over 15,000 residents living in Miami-Dade and Broward counties who are either affected or infected with HIV/AIDS.

Miami gay Pride and Care Resource welcomes Jeffrey Donovan as the 2010 AIDS Walk Miami Grand Marshal. Jeffrey has starred in movies with Clint Eastwood and Angelina Jolie. You can now see on the hit series Burn Notice where he plays Michael Westen, a spy who was burned, cast away and is now trying to return to his prior spy career.
