Vacation Rentals Miami Beach - Miami Vacation Home

There are several factors that will determine the price difference between renting a Miami Vacation Home and booking a hotel. The number of people in your group and you’re eating arrangements will make the biggest difference. When renting a Miami vacation home you have a kitchen giving you the option to cook or to eat out. A hotel however you might night have that convenience. We did some comparisons between the two  using the same variables, the season, amount of guests and the hotels that were in South Beach no more than three blocks form the beach.

Here’s what we found when comparing prices between vacation rentals Miami Beach and hotels in Miami Beach.

•    Scenario 1 - Two adults that will eat some meals in and some at restaurants.

According to our calculations, compared to three separate Miami Beach hotels, renting a Miami vacation home with two adults we saved between $290 and $510. And that’s even with eating a few meals out.

•    Scenario 2 - Two adults with two kids.

If we stayed in one of the many vacation rentals Miami Beach and cooked some of our own meals our imaginary family of four would save up to $400 a week.  If we cooked ALL of our meals and did not eat out we saved up to $800 a week!

Bottom line… it’s cheaper to rent a Miami vacation home. Regardless of what you may or may not be able to afford. If you save by staying in a Miami vacation home you will have extra money you can spend on Miami attractions and other fun things to do while you are in Miami.
