Alex Rodriguez really wants to sell one if his Miami luxury homes located in Coral Gables.

The Yankees third baseman, which just helped his team win the World Series, has reduced the price of his Coral Gables mansion.

A-Rod and ‘galpal’ Kate Hudson have been spotted house hunting in both NYC and California but no word if they will be shacking up together. Maybe he just wants to put the past behind him and sell his Miami luxury home. Apparently, Cynthia, his ex and mother of A-Rod’s two children, has moved on, too. The New York Post reported she was seen holding hands with somebody new.

The six-bedroom, eight-bathroom waterfront Miami home is now listed at $9.9 million, down from $14.8 million. There will be no profit for the baseball star, who bought the home for $12M in 2004.
