Last summer, News Lounge Miami made its debut as the newest Miami nightlife part of 55th Station in the courtyard next to Soyka and Sushi Siam and across the street from Andiamo. There is an indoor and outdoor section. The indoor area is decorated with modern, eclectic retro-industrial décor and a video bar. The outside offers a pool table, an outdoor video screen, porches and couches surrounded by trees to make it feel like you’re lounging in your backyard. The News Lounge Miami has a full bar as well as a food menu. It has a very laid back and casual Miami nightlife atmosphere and makes the perfect spot for a relaxing Miami nightlife spot with friends or even a date. Smoking is permitted outside. Music is provided by a DJ or live bands. The News Lounge Miami is at its best around dinner time and late night, particularly on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
