Canyon Ranch is an enormous property with pure white exterior and an interior decorated with tropical flora, wood and water accents and a pumpkin and brown-toned dining area. The Canyon Ranch Restaurant is known for being extremely health-conscious.

The main difference you will notice between Miami Beach restaurant and Arizona and Massachusetts is that Miami serves alcohol: organic spirits, craft beers and 60 different wines. Due to the organic, sustainable production, it’s pretty pricey. The food is fresh, clean and healthy as well as surprisingly satisfying. Each menu item displays carb, protein, fat and calorie counts. The preparation of seafood is mastered and the desserts and shockingly delicious.
