Robert Falor, a Chicago condo hotel developer and Miami real estate developer, was just indicted in his hometown of Chicago. Falor invested in several Miami Beach hotels, including the Royal Palm hotel, the Edison hotel and the Breakwater on Ocean Drive. An investor sued him for theft in an investment in Chicago.

Falor will be arraigned for theft charges and may potentially serve up to 5 years behind bars. Robert Falor has been sued by most of his Miami Beach real estate partners in South Florida.  The Miami Beach real estate market has been a complete loss for the once famous Miami real estate developer, Robert Falor.
