We have all seen the impact Hispanic culture has had on South Florida. Everywhere you go; there are reminders of the significant population. From the signs in some store windows to the sounds blaring from another driver’s car stereo, it is inescapable. The Miami event circuit is no exception. One of the many Florida festivals out there to celebrate the culture is the International Hustle and Salsa Competition. It is going to be one hot event as Salsa is one of the most popular Latin sounds there is. From May 1st until May 4th people from all over will gather to compete in the dance competition. There is going to be a pre-party also, as well as several workshops designed to teach all about the dance style. If you are interested in registering for the Florida festival, please visit the above website for all the details. Early registration is now going on and will conclude January 25, 2008. Registration will officially close on April 27th. Registration prices vary greatly depending on what package you select. Full details on the packages and what they include can be found at www.hustleandsalsa.com. Billy Fajardo and Katie Marlow will once again be on hand to host the Miami event. Most of the plans for the Festival are still being finalized at this time. To get all the latest as it becomes available, make sure to visit the website often at www.hustleandsalsa.com.
