Miami International Chocolate FestivalMiami International Chocolate Festival will take place at the Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden on January 26th and 27th and is a celebration of Theobroma cacao. This is, of course, the plant we get chocolate from. This Miami event features several lectures that will give visitors insight into how the popular treat is made and how it is made. There will be tree sales and cooking demonstrations so visitors can learn how to make their own. There are even displays of chocolate sculptures and activities aimed at the children among you.
